DECA and FBLA Advisors,
We are excited to announce that the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University will be hosting a combined DECA/FBLA Aggie Invitational on October 21, 2025, and participation is once again FREE!
Event Details:
- Date: Tuesday, October 21, 2025

- Check-in starts: 7:30 am
- Welcome begins: 8:30 am
- Presentations Begin: 9:00 am
- Aggie Invite Concludes: 4:00 pm
- Location: USU – Logan Campus – Taggart Student Center (TSC) 2nd floor – Ballroom

DECA and FBLA Competitive Events
- Students may only participate in ONE event this year — either a DECA or FBLA event.

Aggie Invite Registration
The information below outlines the registration schedule, process, and required information. Please review carefully and begin gathering details now so you can complete registration promptly when it opens.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Maximum Capacity: Due to fire code limitations, we can accommodate a maximum of 950 students
- The maximum number of students a school can register is 100 students.
- A school’s registration is not considered guaranteed and counted towards the event capacity until Both Phase 1 & Phase 2 are submitted.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your Phase 2 registration has been received and your school’s participation is confirmed.
- This event has reached capacity (950 students) the last two years and registrations has been closed early. Please register as early as possible.
Registration Schedule
- Registration Opens: Monday, September 22 at 3:00 pm
- Registration Deadline: Friday, October 10 by 5:00 PM (or when capacity is reached).
- No late submissions or changes will be accepted. This ensures our team has ample time to prepare the competition schedule and make other logistic arrangements.
Registration Process
At 3:00 on Monday, September 22, a link to a Phase 1: School Pre-Registration Form will be added to the Aggie Invite Webpage.
Phase 1: School Pre-Registration Form
On the pre-registration form, you will submit basic information about your school, advisors, and anticipated student participation. If DECA and FBLA are both offered at a school and have different advisors, you may fill out the form individually.
Information needed for School Pre-Registration Form:
- School Name
- Primary advisor’s name and email
- Additional advisors’ names and emails
- Anticipated number of student participants (this needs to be close, but doesn’t have to be exact)
- The maximum number of students a school can register is 100 students.
Notes:
- Once your school pre-registration form is submitted, our team will generate your school’s Phase 2: Student Event Registration Google Sheet. You will receive the file within 24 business hours.
- If a school has both a DECA and FBLA program, the two programs will be merged into one Phase 2: Student Event Registration Google Sheet and will be shared with advisors of both programs.
Phase 2: Student Event Registration Google Sheet
After receiving access to your School’s Phase 1 Pre-Registration submission, our team will prepare a School Specific Phase 2: Student Event Registration Google Sheet for your school to enter student event details.
- All Advisors listed on the Phase 1 Google Form will be granted access to edit the Phase 2 Google Sheet.
- If your school offers both DECA and FBLA, there will be one combined registration sheet for both programs (even if there are separate advisors).
- Information needed for Student Event Registration:
- Each student’s name
- Unisex T-shirt size for each student (T-shirts will be distributed after the event)
- Dietary restrictions
- Event selection
- For team events: list all team members (their full names are needed)
- Advisor(s) shirt size and dietary restrictions.
Important Notes:
- Do not download or make a separate copy of your Phase 2 Student Event Registration Google Sheet—use the shared version provided. Making separate copies can cause registration errors and may jeopardize your school being able to attend the event.
- Once all information has been entered, follow the instructions on your Student Event Registration Google Sheet to submit your registration and secure your spots.
- After you submit and lock your registration, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours from our team to verify your submission.
We encourage you to begin collecting registration information now, so you are ready to submit promptly when registration opens.
